Position
Our team is seeking candidates interested in joining our team for a 3-months internship Program. This internship provides real-world experience for those interested in computer security majorly focusing web and mobile application security testing. Our internship opportunities provide a look at the life of a penetration tester. If selected, you will be able to gain experience by participating and contributing at all stages of our business and testing process. This begins with identifying and verifying vulnerabilities and completes with testing web applications. *Permanent Job opportunities may be available upon completion of the internship for those who excel.

Job Responsibilities
• Profile target networks and applications
• Identify, review, verify, and research vulnerabilities
• Contribute to the Skarpsinne Vulnerability Research
• Perform intense web application penetration testing
Required Skills
• Security oriented
• Familiar with industry tools (BurpSuite, Nessus, NMAP, Arachni, Nikto)
• Familiar with industry standards and vulnerability classifications (OWASP, CVSS, CWE, NVD)
• Able to recognize and identify misconfiguration and vulnerability patterns
• Comfortable explaining vulnerabilities and documenting steps to reproduce and remediate issues.
• Comfortable with common scripting languages (SH and Python preferred)
• Comfortable with the UNIX command line
