\nA. A University degree in Computer Science, Information Management, Business Management, and\/or equivalent experience.
\nB. Minimum 5+ years of experience in Information Technology.
\nC. Strong knowledge of current Information Technology management, in the industry as a whole, and best practices within financial institutions specifically.
\nD. Strong knowledge of formulating IT Governance objectives and goals and developing effective techniques for deriving these objectives from IT initiatives.
\nE. Experience in the identification, evaluation and documentation of process flows, risks and controls.
\nF. Good understanding and working experience in IT Service management and use of maturity and process improvement models
\nG. Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional, interdisciplinary teams to achieve tactical and strategic goals.
\nH. Strong knowledge of IT industry standards and best practices as they relate to IT governance & risk such as ITIL, CoBiT, ISO 20000, 27001 and 38500.
\nI. Have experience in information systems management, IT service management, governance and risk management as well as process development and design.
\nJ. Broad knowledge of current and emerging IT industry trends and directions, particularly those associated with IT in banking.
\nK. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
\nL. Excellent planning and organisational skills.
\nM. High level of personal integrity, and the ability to professionally handle confidential matters and exude the appropriate level of judgment and maturity.
\nN. Strong organizational and personal productivity skills.<\/p>\n
\nMaintain IT policies, processes, procedures and controls in support of clients business needs, group policies and regulatory requirements.
\nInitiate and maintain compliance improvement activities.
\nHelp establish and maintain a framework to provide assurance that internal controls and processes meet best-practice and audit requirements as appropriate.
\nMeasure, monitor and report on the design and effectiveness of IT controls in compliance with clients internal standards and industry best practices.
\nParticipate actively during internal audits and follow-up on remediation actions of findings.
\nPerform as necessary the activities of developing and maintaining the IT Risk Management function.
\nConduct process audits with thorough coverage of areas reviewed and based on proper evaluation of internal controls, process improvement and policy compliance.
\nPerform as necessary the activities of defining and maintaining the Performance Management activities for IT processes.
\nAssist in deriving the appropriate Governance initiatives from business and IT objectives.
\nFoster proper communication and coordination among IT units and teams, to ensure that the IT endeavors reflect a cohesive understanding of the Bank\u2019s strategic, business, and technological objectives.
\nPerform other IT Strategy, Governance & Control activities and duties as required.<\/p>\n
\n-Security and IT certifications (e.g., CISA,ISMS 27001,ITIL V3)<\/p>\n
